Joshu's Dog

Joshu's Dog.

Question: Has a dog Buddha nature?

Answer: "Mu" (nothing or nay)

A Zen Koan

This was what I awoke this morning and read from the little book here on my desk before turning on the computer. The wisdom and teaching of the great patriarchs from many centuries ago! Oh how perfect their teaching, how complete. Their perfection of 'being,' made apparent not only from how they shone during their lives to each and every student who was ever privileged to walk beside them. But also they gave us the greatest wisdom in a form which can still be transmitted to one and all today. How feeble and bumbling my own attempts at speaking to another! No need to use many words how often one word will do! And silence is also another great teacher.

To become as one of these, to have the gift of speech. And with it the guaranteed success in the future outcome from what we say today!

A desire to bring another closer to this NOW moment. Where everything is taking place. Where all things are being felt and experienced. Rising above it all and seeing it all for what it is today. Only from this perspective can one know what their next step is. How can we walk if we don't know where we are going? How can we decide, when we don't know what the choices are!

To be free from the bonds that attach us to this physical existence is the only way to KNOW! Within every moment the truth exists. Everything you need to be aware of is here and now. Your way is from this point, but with all love take your first step. And with all knowing make your choice.

All Life in Our hands.

The observer can only observe!

And accept 'What is.'

With Love.

Now and Forever.

Amen.

A womans Place?

A Womans place.
A Womans place. magnify
A womans role in this world is hard to fathom. Our beginnings and our present are a confusion to us all. What is our role within this life? What am I to do? I have found from the silence of within, that our role here is as a Mother to the world. To love all, and give freely of that love. We could become the healers of all maledictions in this world if it truly became the desire of ALL women to Heal this World. To attach ourselves to no-one, but to become the safe refuge for all, is what we should become. The refuge for the weary, the broken, the lost and alone. The nurse, the cook, the gentle soothing words of a mother to a child. The book at bedtime, the kiss of a mother to a son. All men are children without their innocence. And the innocence of the truly young child needs to become something precious, and made to stay a lot longer then it does at present. While the men regain their own innocence of perfect self along this path of wisdom and truth, we have to be mother to the world. This it seems is Our role here! There is much work to be done today. Have faith, believe in the powers of good and from this, miracles will become possible. Where was love stored from the beginning of time? Right here within the breast of a mother's heart. We must release it into this world. For God's sake and our own sakes.

Love as always in this NOW space and time moment of existence.
